For pickup reservations, the applicable reservation document is provided for review and the $500 reservation deposit is completed according to the agreed reservation terms.
For delivery purchases, the applicable sales contract and delivery arrangements are provided before the transaction is completed.

Pickup reservation families receive the applicable reservation document. Delivery families receive the applicable sales contract and delivery information.
Once everything is completed according to the applicable agreement, your puppy remains in our care until confirmed ready for pickup or delivery.
No. An inquiry does not automatically place a puppy on hold. Availability must first be confirmed and the applicable reservation process completed.
Our reservation deposit for an available puppy being held for future personal pickup is $500, subject to the terms of the applicable reservation document.

Our current puppies are expected to be ready in approximately one week. Individual readiness is confirmed before final pickup or delivery arrangements are made.
