Where are you located?
Maplewood Companion Dogs is located in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. Our puppies are raised in our family home where they receive daily care, socialization, and attention before going to their new families.
How long have you been breeding dogs?
We have been breeding Maltipoo, Goldendoodle, and Labradoodle puppies for over 14 years, and Golden Retrievers and Labrador Retrievers for more than 16 years. Our family originally started raising dogs in Quebec, and we later moved to Saskatchewan nearly 20 years ago, where we continue our small family breeding program.
Are you a kennel or a puppy mill?
No. Maplewood Companion Dogs is a small family-based breeding program, not a commercial kennel or puppy mill. Our puppies are raised inside our home where they receive individual care and attention.
We focus on quality over quantity, and we only have litters occasionally so we can dedicate proper time to each puppy.
Puppy Availability
What breeds do you raise?
We currently raise the following companion breeds:
• Maltipoo
• Goldendoodle
• Labradoodle
• Golden Retriever
• Labrador Retriever
These breeds are known for their friendly personalities and excellent compatibility with families.
How often do you have puppies available?
We do not produce frequent litters. Because we raise our puppies in our home and dedicate our time to each litter, we typically have puppies available once a year.
If no puppies are currently available, families are welcome to join our waiting list for upcoming litters.
Can I reserve a puppy?
Yes. Puppies can be reserved with a reservation deposit once they become available. This deposit holds the puppy for your family until the pickup date.
Health & Care
Are your puppies vet checked?
Yes. Every puppy receives a complete veterinary health examination before going to their new home.
Do puppies receive vaccinations?
Yes. Puppies receive age-appropriate vaccinations and follow a deworming schedule recommended by our veterinarian.
You will receive the puppy’s health record at pickup.
Do your puppies come with a health guarantee?
Yes. Every puppy from Maplewood Companion Dogs comes with a 2-Year Genetic Health Guarantee that covers serious hereditary health conditions.
Our goal is to ensure every puppy begins life healthy and strong.
Pickup & Delivery
When can puppies go to their new homes?
Puppies are typically ready to join their new families at 8 weeks of age, once they have received their first veterinary health check and are ready for the transition to their new homes.
Do you offer delivery?
Families are welcome to pick up their puppy in Regina, Saskatchewan.
In some situations we may assist with arranging safe transportation depending on the location. Please contact us for more details regarding delivery options.

Can I visit the puppies?
For the safety of our puppies and dogs, visits are typically arranged by appointment once families have been approved through the application process.
